Ans: 1. Shortlisting on the basis of CPI and Personal Resume. 2. A CV cum HR form with a pre defined format, based on the student’s profile was to be submitted to the company (First Crucial Part of the entire process) Next shortlisting was based upon this form. 3. Shortlied Candidates were to appear for a Recorded Video based Interview on a web application named as HireView – (Tech + Non-Tech Interview) This step was the second crucial point in the entire process. 4. Choosen candidates were to appear for a one to one online Interview which was conducted by a senior factory manager and a senior HR. (Both Technical + Non-Tech Interview of 30Mins)

One to one online Interview In this interview in all my technical achievements, skills mentioned in my HR form were checked. How much Information about company do I have was observed and my attitude was checked.
4.What sort of questions were asked in the interviews?

Ans: There was a pattern in which they conducted my interview. The panelists would pick a project from my resume, ask me to brief it to them and then they would ask a simple core subject question related to that project, to check my fluency on the topic. This was followed by a few stereotypical HR questions and lastly to check my spontaneity I was asked to speak on a diplomatic topic with a minimal preparation time.

Ans: No special preparation required, all the questions asked in the test and interview require very crude knowledge of the subject.

Apart from this I would suggest something from an interview I wasn’t able to clear. Don’t act oversmart with the interviewer, some might find it intimidating but others might see it as an impertinent behavior.
